General Information & Visiting

Can I visit the nursery anytime?
We are primarily a wholesale nursery. While we are open Monday through Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm), first-time visitors must make a reservation in advance.

Do you open to the general public?
We are primarily a wholesale nursery focused on serving professional landscapers and garden designers. Currently, we are unable to accommodate walk-in visits from the general public. If you are an individual customer interested in a specific item, please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment. This helps us ensure we have the staff available to assist you.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?
As we are a wholesale-focused business, we generally prioritize bulk or professional orders. However, for individual customers visiting, there is no specific minimum.
Services & Product Support

Can you help with garden design or planting?
We specialize in the cultivation and sale of plants. While we do not provide full landscaping or planting services directly, we are happy to offer advice on plant selection and environment suitability.

Do you sell indoor plants?
We do not specialize in traditional indoor houseplants. However, we carry a curated selection of rare and exotic semi-hardy species, including succulents and tropical varieties. Many of these are suitable for indoor display or outdoor growth in warmer microclimates. Please note that these plants often require specific light and temperature conditions to thrive.

Can you source a specific plant if it is not in your current stock?
Yes, we can often source varieties beyond our current inventory through our network of growers. Please provide the specific species and size you are looking for.
Location & Access

Is there parking available?
Yes, we have limited parking spaces available on-site. Additional parking is available along the street adjacent to our fields. When you arrive, our staff will be happy to guide you to the best spot to park your vehicle.

How do I find you?
We are located at 666-4 Sugeta-cho, Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama. If you are coming by public transportation, the easiest way is to take the Sotetsu Bus #1 from Yokohama Station. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Please stay on until the last stop (Nishi-Sugeta Danchi), and from there, it is only a 2-minute walk to our entrance.
